Holy Basil Sauce is one of the classics Thai food and is surprisingly easy to make at home and takes minutes to make. It’s perfect with chicken, pork, beef or seafood served on top of rice and top with a fried egg is a truly classic way to serve this dish. Cooking Instruction (1 serving): Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons (36gram) of Holy Basil sauce. After that add 100g of any meats then stir-fry continuously until the meat is cooked. Then, turn off the heat before adding basil leaves and stir-fry for few more seconds until wilted. It is serve with rice and topped up (optional) with fried eggs.
